The External Atmosphere Journal (or Well-Wish Journal) was thoughtfully designed to honor and capture the sense of hope that each new day brings.The “well wishes” featured throughout the journal serve as visual affirmations – expressions of the positive energy that can shape our daily lives. Accompanying these messages are curated images excerpted from original paintings showcased in the External Atmosphere Art Show – 2025. Each image highlights a small detail from a larger work, intentionally selected to encourage mindfulness and an appreciation for the subtle beauty in everyday moments – because often, it’s the smallest details that leave the deepest impression.
Internal Atmosphere is a body of work that explores the inner conversations we have with ourselves, and the relationships that thoughts create within us. To distill the complexity of human emotion, I turned to the basic elements of art—line, color, shape—and combined them with my thoughts to create conversations and tell stories of the world within.
